ACC Coordinator

Waikato District Health Board – Whakarongo, Manawatu-Wanganui – 80 hours per fortnight Permanent We require the services of an ACC Coordinator within our ACC Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for liaising with patients and internal DHB staff, as well as external providers and stakeholders. The role involves claim lodgement, discussing claims and entitlements with patients, understanding ACC contracts and billing for ACC services. The successful candidate would be able to: Provide excellent customer care Act with initiative and be proactive in solving problems Have a high level of computer skill and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Have attention to detail Professional formatting and presentation of documents Work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude Flexible approach Deadline focused Be self-motivated and contribute to and embrace change Desirable: Experience in working in a health setting Experience of undertaking small projects Experience with ACC If you believe you… – Permanent – Full-time
