Key tasks include: – Providing assistance in accounts receivable – Managing stationery supplies and ordering – Issuing of uniforms and maintaining stock levels – Correspondence – Administrative assistance as required by Management team This part time role will be for a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday however there may be times due to the demands of business where the hours will increase. Requirements We are looking for an outgoing and reliable person to join our team. Applicants must be organised with meticulous attention to detail, be experienced with Microsoft Office packages, hotel and/or accounting software. Accounts receivable experience preferred.
