This is a fast paced and busy role as you will manage claims nationwide. As a Claims Manager you will be responsible for providing frontline customer service for a portfolio of clients. You will also liaise closely with case managers assigned to serious and high-risk injuries to ensure fast efficient treatment, as well as payroll staff at different employer sites to ensure injured employees receive their correct weekly compensation entitlements.
