ASB Bank – Auckland – ASB have an opportunity to join their Operations and Monitoring team on a permanent basis. As a Computer Operator you will be responsible for monitoring applications and tasks and identifying and escalating faults and failures of the various systems. There are a wide range of technical systems including the Unisys mainframe, SAP, Control M and various other platforms that support ASB’s technical operations. In particular you will be involved in ATM incident management as well as completing some LAN admin tasks. In addition some helpdesk work is also involved outside normal business hours. This team operates on 24/7 basis and is responsible for supporting ASB Technology – Service Management and enabling overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. The team operate in both the central city and Albany offices. There will be scheduled shift work involved in this role.
