Contracts Administrator

Auckland – Established with over 35 years civil contracting, this company needs a contracts administrator on a full time permanent basis ideally for an immediate start. Your new role Ability to maintain the companies health and safety system, ensure all H & S, environmental and quality systems are up to date, develop and maintain project programmes, attend weekly meetings on site and in office, conduct regular site safety / condition reports, maintain relationships with existing clients and engineers, administer the regulatory body documentation, preparation of tender documents, responsible for drug and alcohol testing, purchasing of H & S equipment and general adhoc admin duties. What you’ll need to succeed You will need to have a clear understanding of the civil contracting industry as well as H & S environmental and quality systems, high level of computer literacy, ability to manage yourself and workloads.
