Contracts Administrator – Precast & Reinforcing
Manukau – About the Role You will report to the Operations Manager, and be responsible to effectively coordinate precast projects to ensure completion as to the agreed timeframe, budget and scope. We require someone who is detail oriented, accurate with excellent time management skills. This role is varied, interesting and you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and further your career. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety management: Follow company health and safety policies at all times and ensure staff also comply. Project Quantity Surveying: Fully aware of contract documents/ conditions and requirements under the documents.
