Wellington – Provide exceptional support to the CE and wider executive team Premier performing arts organisation Based on Willis St, Wellington Founded in 1946, the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra is the country’s national professional orchestra and one of the few touring orchestras in the world, performing in many cities and towns around New Zealand each year. You will be responsible for providing a high level of proactive executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive and Board, as well as the Head of People and Capability and Head of Corporate Services as required. Key responsibilities include diary management, meeting and event coordination, preparation of agendas, papers and minutes, drafting correspondence and travel and accommodation coordination.
