New Zealand – Melbourne, VIC – Based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne our client has several volume dealerships in their group. They have a well-established Fleet department offering very competitive deals. Due to continued growth in Fleet they now require a Fleet Administration Coordinator to assist to assist the Fleet Manager continue manage this demand whilst delivering high levels of service. The Fleet Delivery Coordinator will be a vital part of the team and will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery process, from arrival of the vehicle to delivery and everything in between. You will liaise with customers, organise quotes, and follow up with internal departments. You will be the right hand person to the Fleet Manager allowing them to continue and develop new accounts.
