Auckland – My client is a large civil contracting company with offices located in Kumeu. Their aim to deliver to their clients is “Service and Solutions” based around an ethos of professionalism and value. Health and Safety experience is beneficial. Responsibilities: Enter new jobs/projects in the system when required. Design Site Specific Safety Plans. (SSSP) Assess on site risks. Data entry/scanning and filing of Health & Safety documents into the computer system. Any other office/administration duties when required. Training bookings Site inspections Incident reports. Requirements: Exceptional attention to details Ability to work under pressure Ability to learn new software quickly Clear, personable communication skills via phone and one-to-one.
