Due to continued growth, a permanent sales support / customer service executive is needed to join the team in Auckland. Your new role The role itself is split in to two equally important parts. Firstly, you will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Managers; acting as the first point of call for their clients and helping to manage their day to day dealings. Secondly, you will be responsible for calling companies from a database who have either never been contacted before or have previously used the companies service and have since lapsed.
