Office Manager

Madison – Auckland – The Auckland Business Support team at Madison is looking for proactive and enthusiastic experienced Office Managers who will hit the ground running in a busy environment. The purpose of the Office Manager role is to manage the day to day operations of the office, as well as providing EA/PA services to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have: In-depth knowledge of business administrative systems and procedures Be able to contribute to the future planning of the business Effective team management Keen eye for detail and efficient time management skills Great organisational and planning experience in a busy office environment Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people Intermediate to advanced computer skills – you must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel The responsibilities of an Office Manager include duties such as: Organising office events, travel bookings and appoint… – Permanent – Full-time
