TVNZ – Auckland – About the role We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant/Team Coordinator to provide high level administrative support, co-ordinating, scheduling and prioritising work for an extremely busy team of General Managers. You’ll be working across all administration and team support from diary management, organising team events and office management to compiling awards entries and managing new employee inductions. About you You’re a highly organised person, who has excellent communication skills and bucket loads of drive and energy. You will need to be a proactive self-starter who is calm under pressure and never misses a deadline while also ensuring the highest quality of work. Experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential. You will have managed busy diaries and multiple demands on time and resources, using a range of systems including all Microsoft packages.
