As the Senior Service Management Advisor you will be responsible for the development and implementation and continuous improvement of the ITSM framework and processes. An overview of your responsibilities: Work closely with the assurance manager to establish a service management framework and practice that encompasses the ITIL service management lifecycle, pragmatically tailored to suit the context of a cloud-first and asset-light technology strategy in a heterogeneous vendor and partner environment.
