Service Desk Analyst
Hays – Wellington – An exciting opportunity for a Service Desk professional at a well known and respected company. Your new company A well-known and respected organisation requires a Service Desk Analyst for a temp to perm contract to start ASAP. Your new role Working in a collaborative and supportive team, you will be responsible for effectively resolving and escalating level 1 and 2 IT customer technical issues. You will educate and support users around their IT issues and assist with incidents and route cause analysis. What you’ll need to succeed To be successful for this application, you will need: Experience in a Service desk environment in New Zealand. You will have knowledge and skills supporting Windows 7/8/10, Office 2013 and above. Desirable, but not essential is experience with ServiceNow and ITIL Foundations. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A focus on customer service and providing a great overall customer experience.
