ACC – Dunedin – Hamilton – Position Closes 15th May 2018 Role is available in Hamilton or Dunedin 1 x Permanent Opportunity 3 and 4 month Fixed Term Opportunity Service Needs Assessors (SNAs) are tasked with carrying out initial telephone interviews with our clients to collect and collate essential information to ensure the next stage of their claim is managed in the most effective way. In addition, SNA will provide information about ACC, how we can support our clients, and what the next step will be. This role is office based and involves in depth conversations with clients via telephone which takes approximately 25 minutes per client. You will be able to touch type due to the high volume of information you are capturing into the system, adept at multi-tasking and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with a high level of administration.
