The Store Manager is required to deliver their store budget targets by creating a high performance and customer focused environment. This is achieved through creating and implementing an annual business plan with your Regional Sales Manager which focuses on Business Development and Local Area Marketing, Team Development and all operational aspects of the business. Team Development is a major responsibility and you are responsible for the ongoing and supportive people development through training, coaching and performance management along with promoting our commitment to our people. Along with this you will play a vital part in the recruitment, hiring and training of new staff in your store.
