Team Administrator, Customer & Clinical – Community & Long Term Conditions
Auckland – Immediate start Greenlane Based Administration Services is looking for a Team Administrator to join their busy team. This role provides administration support to clinical staff within Community Services in the Community & Long Term Conditions Directorate. To be successful in this role you will: Have excellent communication and customer service skills Possess a talent for multi-tasking Be “unflappable” / able to work under pressure Be able to demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Word and Outlook skills with a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm Have an eye for detail and the ability to accurately follow processes and procedures A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy customer service / reception environment is essential. Previous experience working in a health care setting would be an advantage This position is based at Greenlane Clinical Centre.
